ハウスミュージックの領域を自由に往来し境界線を刷新し続ける、Music Of Many Colours。第11回開催となる今回は、Studio XのゲストにDJ歴34周年を迎えた静岡のレジェンドDJ Azusaと、ContactフロアにはTOYODAを迎え、R&B、ヒップホップ、ダウンテンポの魅力をミックスした内容でお届けする。ダンスフロアの即興性に重心を置いた精鋭ダンサーのセッションとショーケースは今回も必見。国内外で、ダンサーとしてのみならず、DJ、ビートメイカー、デザイナー、パーティオーガナイザーなどとしても発信をする、カルチャーの中に生息し、カルチャーを創り出すモチベーションを持った面々。振り幅のあるDJスタイルに共鳴する身体表現、そしてライティングの妙を存分に楽しんでいただきたい。Foyerでは中古レコードやタイフードの出店、そして初の試みとなるヴィデオグラフィーがダンスミュージックとは異なるグルーヴを映像で演出する。ジャンルの領域を積極的に飛び越え、四拍子に回帰する…。そんな繰り返しを経て成長したコミュニティと、同じ夜に集う一人ひとりの彩色豊かな煌めきが、これまでの東京に存在しなかったダンス・ミュージック・パーティを作り上げてゆく。

「Tokyo’s leading House party that actively goes beyond the realms of genres」

Music Of Many Colours, the party that freely moves in and out of the realm of House music and continues to push and reinvent the boundaries. For the 11th installment, celebrating her 34th year as a DJ, Shizuoka’s legend DJ Azusa will be the guest featured in Studio X. Contact floor, led by TOYODA, focuses on R&B, Hip Hop, and Down Tempo to bring you a mixture of various contents. And as always, some of the best dancers in the game will liven up the dance floor with improv sessions and showcases. Active both locally and abroad, the dancers, DJs, beat makers, designers, party organizers, are highly motivated in creating the culture they are deeply embedded in. Enjoy the wide ranged styles of the DJs along with the skilled lighting. Used record shop, Thai food vendor, and for the first time they will feature a videography creating a different type of groove in contrast to dance music in the Foyer floor. Go beyond the realms of genres, and return to the rhythm of four beats…a community that has evolved by repeating this process, sharing the same evening with the ones that gather, each glistening with rich colours, and aim to create the ultimate dance music party that has not existed in Tokyo.
